Loving me some Cookies n Cream Formula 1 shake mix in Non-Fat milk in my shaker cup with all my healthy meal tablets. On the go today so it's quick and easy and I'm always feeling great! I took two total control tablets this morning because I needed the extra energy and BAM! Have it going on!
