I love helping others and seeing all the results in myself.   Today I started my day with my SKIN care regimen and it is so soothing, I look forward to cleansing, toning and moisturizing morning and night.  Took my shower and loved using my Herbalife Shampoo and Conditioner.  Leaves my hair 90% stronger and keeps it healthy.  I enjoyed my thick, yummy frosty cold chocolate meal replacement shake for breakfast along with my healthy supplements.  Only 200 calories and everything I need to get GREAT nutrition so my body can use it to stay healthy and strong, at any age.  Then I got dressed and checked the mirror.. so excited to be keeping my small frame looking small, even at age 52!  My son and his wife just had their second child a couple days ago and I'm so excited to be a Grandma again.. number 7!  Do I LOOK like a Grandma of Seven?  I attribute that to Herbalife and the healthy active lifestyle I am enjoying.  I walk regularly and jog when I can.  I love to go to my Body Pump class twice a week and I'm going on a hike with some friends on Saturday.  But ~ I will say that I lost my 32 pounds completely without exercise.  Now I'm adding exercise in to be fit and heart healthy.  It is good for bones and heart when you add exercise and activities.. so that's what I'm doing.. keeps me young!   So.. it's a great day!  I'm getting ready for Christmas and finally have my tree up!  and decorations too.  Looking forward to sending my son some Christmas goodies today ~ sending him a little of his favorite goodies from home.  Made with love.

Most Improved Time!
